Terms of sale

Scope

These terms govern every order placed on this site. Placing an order means you accept them as they stand on the day of purchase.

Products

We sell digital activation keys for PC. A key is a code you redeem on the platform named on the product page. It is not a physical product and nothing is shipped.

Prices

Prices are shown in euros, VAT included, and are those displayed at the moment you place your order. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Order and payment

An order is confirmed once payment has been authorised. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never store your card details.

Delivery

Keys are sent to the email address given at checkout, normally within a few minutes of payment. If you have not received your key within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then contact support@demax.store.

Right of withdrawal

Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately once you have expressly agreed to that supply and acknowledged the loss of the right. You give that agreement at checkout, and the right is lost as soon as the key is made available to you.

Faulty keys

If a key does not activate, contact support within 14 days of purchase with your order number and the error message. We will replace the key or refund the order.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying a valid key. We are not responsible for the content of the games themselves, for platform account bans, or for changes made by a platform to its own terms.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If a complaint cannot be settled with our support team, you may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator: [mediator name and address]. You may also use the European online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Privacy

Solaryn is the controller of the personal data collected through this site.

What we collect and why

• Your email address, to deliver your key and to answer support requests.
• If you create your account with Google, the name, email address and profile picture that Google returns to us. We do not receive your Google password.
• Order details, to issue invoices and meet our accounting obligations.
• Technical data from your payment provider, limited to what is needed to confirm the transaction.

Legal basis

Processing is based on performance of the contract for orders and delivery, and on our legal obligations for invoicing and accounting records.

How long we keep it

Support correspondence is kept for three years. Invoices and accounting records are kept for ten years, as required by the French Commercial Code.

Who sees it

Data is shared only with the providers needed to run the store: sign-in (Google), payment processing, email delivery and hosting. It is never sold.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, by writing to support@demax.store. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your cart, wishlist and session are saved in your browser's local storage so they survive a page reload; clearing your browser data removes them and signs you out. Signing in with Google loads a script from accounts.google.com, which may set its own cookies to keep that session.
